What’s included: 4 Myrtle Creek Wines paired with 4 deliciously curated tapas. Our winemaker Anna Zaleschuk and Wine Time Catering chef Trez Gotfredson will be in attendance to walk through the courses.

  • Lemon Torchietti Summer Pasta Salad - Artichokes, sundried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, Romano cheese and fresh herbs. Paired with Stepping Razor (Estate Sangiovese)

  • Braised Boneless Short Rib Sweet Potato Crostini with dried cherry wine reduction sauce and Roquefort cheese garnish. Paired with a Red Blend (Sultan’s of Swing)

  • Chocolate Mousse Strawberry Phyllo Tart paired with Petit Sirah (Black Betty)
